By Purchasing this product or Service from Just A Dude Performance I am waiving all liatability of damage caused to my vehicle and or legal action taken I am purchasing this product with the intention of using these products for Racing Competition Off Road Use Only. I understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with Federal, State, Provincial, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. I take full responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that I have done to my vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. I acknowledge Just A Dude Performance has been made aware that certain parts are intended for Racing Competition Only and not meant to be used on a public road vehicle. I absolve Just A Dude Performance for any burden of responsibility in ensuring my vehicle satisfies regulations set forth by Federal, State, Provincial and/or Local Governing agencies. This waiver of compliance shall be in force for this specific order number noted from Just A Dude Performance.
